Legs 10/26

Today I did legs….ALL LEGS for about 45 minutes (& 200 abs reps)….I had to rush through the workout, which actually probably helped me to burn more calories, because I had a sick baby boy at home with a Daddy who isn’t the best nurse….guess that’s more of a Mommy thing….but anywho..good workout….lots of lunges, squats, leg extensions, leg curls….and so on, and so forth…. :)

Upperbody 10/25

J-E-L-L-O arms!! Today I did ALL ARMS for a little over an hour (after my cardio warm-up on the eliptical)….and WOWZA!! My arms were a little tight for a while..but they loosened up after a nice warm shower and a round of WWE in the floor with my 10 month old…. :)

Lower Body 10/21

Today we did legs in aerobics….lunges, leg lifts, squats….you know, the usual….pretty good workout overall….or at least as good as can be done in that type of setting…. :)

Jogging to the park….

Today after I picked up my son from daycare, we went for a nice leisurely stroll on that new jogging path that I recently found. It was fun. We jogged to the park, jogged a mile around the park (6 laps), then back past the car, around the loop and back to the park. Then we played at the park for a few minutes….it was good Mommy/Baby time!! :)

Run around the block….

Needed to go for a jog….needed to get my son calmed down….so we took a nice lesiurely stroll around the neighborhood a few times….don’t really have any idea how far it was….2 miles is just a rough guesstimate…. :)

AB Lab….10/17

Again….about the equivalent of 600 reps with our abdominal muscles….good stuff….the girls and I have kinda a love/hate relationship with these days….it’s our favorite workout day….and the one we dread the most..all at the same time…. :)

Found a new running spot….

Today I decided to run in town….I had seen this trail (concrete trail) before, but had no idea how far it was, or where it led….just that it was a park-type setting….a nice little river….room for all kinds of traffic (and all kinds are welcome)….so I took off….what I found was a nice peacful place to jog….that leads to this AWESOME park, with a walking/jogging track that goes around it (mulch track)….and a picnic area, playground for the kiddies….It was a great place to jog!! I’m not really sure how far I went….so I just guesstimated that it was around 2.25 miles….I’m definately gonna have to take the jogging stroller with me next time so that Wyatt can maybe play on the playground some after my jog….I have no idea how to get there from the main road….so I’ll have to jog (or walk) my way back….but I’m definately going back…. :)
