Today I did legs….ALL LEGS for about 45 minutes (& 200 abs reps)….I had to rush through the workout, which actually probably helped me to burn more calories, because I had a sick baby boy at home with a Daddy who isn’t the best nurse….guess that’s more of a Mommy thing….but anywho..good workout….lots of lunges, squats, leg extensions, leg curls….and so on, and so forth….
